By accessing or using PDFTools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PDFTools for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the service materials
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without a paid plan
• Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the service to another person or entity

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PDFTools to process files that contain illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, or are harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

PDFTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
